Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Actively explore Second Life regions, events, malls, clubs, service hubs, and business districts to identify potential employers.
- Approach businesses professionally, provide friendly engagement, and deliver a clear overview of Grid Hire Me’s features and benefits.
- Distribute and explain our Business Information Pack, ensuring owners understand how to register their company on the platform.
- Assist new businesses with creating their profile, adding job listings, and optimizing their visibility on the site.
- Promote and encourage upgrades to our Premium Business Accounts, explaining added features, visibility boosts, and long-term value.
- Maintain organised records of visited locations, businesses contacted, leads generated, and successful sign-ups.
- Build strong ongoing relationships with business owners to ensure retention and recurring engagement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve the recruitment process and overall platform engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Confident, social, and comfortable approaching businesses.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Able to represent Grid Hire Me professionally and maintain brand standards.
